The Vineyards of Ca' del Sette

The vineyards of Ca’ del Sette, located between Verona, Padova and Vicenza, benefit from the optimal conditions provided by the Lessini Mountains and the microclimate of Lake Garda. With a density of about 4,000 vines per hectare and vineyards over 40 years old, these lands produce fine grapes that impart complexity and uniqueness to the wines. The company manages all vineyard operations in-house, from pruning to harvest, ensuring precision and rigorous quality control at every stage. The harvest is organized at the optimal time, thanks to careful monitoring of grape ripening, to ensure excellent products.

The Ca' del Sette Laboratory

For Ca’ del Sette, quality control is an essential part of the daily work. Thanks to the advanced in-house laboratory, every production phase, from grape reception to bottling, is monitored in real time with precision. This approach ensures high standards and the ability to preserve the unique characteristics of the wines.
The laboratory is also the heart of experimentation, where innovative blends and new techniques are developed, combining tradition with cutting-edge technology. The equipment is constantly updated to ensure accurate analysis and excellent results, reflecting the company’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
